In January 2007, bipartisan sponsors in the House and Senate re-introduced companion legislation based on the
Set America Free Blueprint for Energy Security. They all agree that it is time to Set America Free! The bills, titled the DRIVE Act, were called the Vehicle and Fuel Choices for American Security Act in the last session of Congress.
